AnchorZ provides products and services for the digital world. We helped them create a logo, website, and video for their service DZ Security.
DZ Security Logo
DZ Security is a subsidiary product of AnchorZ. We wanted to make their logo fit the AnchorZ brand but also have its own identity.
We started by bringing in all the elements we were going to work with to create the logo.
These elements are meant to reflect what the logo stands for and the brand it represents. The elements include shapes, colours, objects, and layers.
We combined the elements and designed the finished logo. This included using eye pleasing colour combinations and shadowing. Logos are always designed for light and dark canvases.
DZ Security Website
In todays market a website is the window to your business. The first thing someone does when they hear about your business is visit your website (then Google it). DZ Security offers multi-factor authentication and encrypted cloud storage for important files. We wanted to easily showcase this on their website.
We did this by using technology wording in an easy to understand way while creating an interactive experience for the user. The UI/UX of the website was an important aspect of the design while still optimizing for speed and SEO.
The user can visit the website and see large, interactive, moving images and see exactly how the service works and how it will help them. It is multi-language to satisfy Japanese and English speakers.

DZ Security Video
We created two videos for DZ Security, a video explaining how the service works and a promotional video to get users excited.
The explainer video is a fun, interactive, Japanese style video that shows a real life example of someone using DZ Security and protecting their device from hacks. It is meant to show you that even someone older with less tech experience can easily use the tool. The scenes were filmed with the AnchorZ team and supporting actors using a storyboard of the video. The footage is stored in a cloud folder and then edited with captions to make the final video.

The promotional video utilizes the branding of DZ Security and commercial usable footage. A storyboard is created that plans out each cut made in the video.
We then find video footage for each frame of the video that we’re allowed to use for commercial purposes. For this video, we used music combined with a voice over. Many promotional videos will only have music which also must be available for commercial use.
The video is edited with cuts that keep the flow of the video and captions. It is important to remember the brand and make sure the viewer gets the best possible impression.
