Ever wonder why event organizers look so stressed out leading up and during an event? It’s because there are so many small details that go into organizing a great event and making sure all participants are satisfied.
From the agenda, to stage design, signage, banners, tickets, digital banners, and marketing posters, the task list is endless.
Below are some of our previous event designs to give you an idea what goes into an event from design and content perspective.
Agenda Design 2019
The agenda is clearly laid out for each day in an easy to read format. We also included details of our content and Twitter activity during the course of the event.
Summit ID Card
With a large event, there are many different types of passes issued to guests. Each pass may have access to different parts of the event. It is important to make each one easily identifiable to make the job of security as easy as possible.
Stage Banner Design 2019
The stage is where majority of the viewing takes place. It’s a great area to display your brand or sponsor.
A4 Leaflet 2019
In todays world, digital is the preferred method for most things. However, giving attendees something they can hold can be beneficial for the event. An A4 leaflet is great for attendees coming from overseas that may not have data or people that want the event details in the palm of their hands.
Digital Banner 2019
On the flip side, digital banners are great for displaying event agenda items, social media, QR codes, contests, and sponsors. Designs must be made with correct sizing to make sure they display appropriately on the screen.
Logo Banner 2019
Large events include many different participants that help make it a success. Event host, venue, sponsors, partners, and media have an important role. Logo banners recognize everyone that put their time into the event and promotes branding for each company.
Make each attendee feel important (because they are) with a well designed ticket that feels as valuable as the event they’re about to participate in.
Speaker Invitation 2019
Show respect to your speakers who took time out of their day to bring knowledge and expertise to your event. Personalized invitations are a great way to show thanks for their support.
Unique Panel Background Design 2019
Whether it’s a panel or keynote, having a digital banner on the stage is important to show who is on the stage and what the topic is about. You can also include QR codes for attendees to share on social media.
Google Adwords Banner 2019
Leading up to the summit it’s likely you will be doing some advertising to promote it to sell tickets or find sponsors. Design eye-catching banners that help your ads convert should be a focus. This will need to be streamlined from the actual ad to the landing page they’re sent to when clicking.
Summit Poster 2020
Last but certainly not least is the official summit poster. It is not enough to say it in words. When launching your next event, show everyone what they can expect with an official poster.
