TEAMZ CO., LTD. establishes the following code of conduct. This Code is something that all participants, attendees, employees, and event collaborators must abide by, and is intended to promote a safe, respected, and inclusive environment for all, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, or other differentiating factors. This Code of Conduct applies to the main activities of the event, parallel events, and all aspects of the event, whether it takes place on a digital platform or in person. TEAMZ Co., Ltd. is committed to providing an optimal experience by ensuring complete inclusiveness and mutual respect between all participants from the beginning to the end of the event. Unacceptable behavior deemed contrary to the value of this event includes, but is not limited to:
(1) Verbal comments that reinforce social control structures relating to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body type, race, ethnicity, age, or religion.
(2) Intentional intimidation, discrimination, or harassment.
(3) Inappropriate physical contact or other forms of sexual harassment.
(4) Continued interruption of lectures and other activities.
(5) Defending or promoting the above actions. Violators who violate this Code of Conduct will be expelled from the event at the discretion of the organizer and are not entitled to a refund or compensation. If you witness offensive or inappropriate behavior during the event, or are victimized, please immediately contact TEAMZ staff wearing TEAMZ SUMMIT's characteristic uniform for assistance. The safety and welfare of participants is our top priority.
