Masa Kikuchi is the Founder and CEO of Secured Finance AG, a fintech leader with deep expertise spanning traditional finance and blockchain. After more than 17 years at the forefront of traditional finance, including serving as Head of Interest Rate and FX Derivatives Structuring at HSBC, he transitioned to the technology sector. He now leads Secured Finance, developing an interbank-grade P2P capital markets protocol for digital assets. He also participates in the Japanese government's Trusted Web task force, driving the construction of next-generation financial infrastructure through the convergence of finance and Web3. With a mission to bridge DeFi and TradFi, he works to innovate global financial markets.
