Joined Tokyu Kanko and acquired specialist knowledge across travel operations at the Utsunomiya and Takasaki branches. Subsequently, as head of sales in the Greater Tokyo oversight division, commercialized Japan's first electronic coupons in the meal-voucher business, and in-house developed the company's first BPO operations from system design through deployment. As head of the public-sector business unit, advanced proposals and programs for regional revitalization to central ministries and agencies. During COVID-19, developed a vaccination appointment system adopted by more than 63 municipalities, playing a pioneering role for the travel industry. Also undertook the company's first ministerial-level meeting for the G7 Summit, and as head of the Greater Tokyo oversight division contributed to marketing strategy for 14 branches across the metropolitan area. He currently leads new business creation and innovation promotion as head of the Future Co-Creation Lab.
