He is a practitioner, researcher, and educator active in fields where traditional Japanese corporate culture and cutting-edge technologies such as Web3 and AI intersect. While serving as an entrepreneurship practice professor at the Information Management Innovation Professional University (IU), she is also promoting knowledge sharing across generations and fields as TEDxInnovationU's lead organizer and licensee. Accumulate practical knowledge on corporate innovation and digital transformation (DX) through consulting experience for global companies such as Mitsubishi and Fujitsu. From small to medium enterprises to large enterprises, we have provided support to strategically introduce new technologies while utilizing our cultural strengths. Furthermore, through mentoring experience at international accelerators such as the Founder Institute and Techstars, he also plays a role in connecting the Japanese startup ecosystem with the global market. In recent years, we have focused on human capital and have studied how organizations can quickly achieve reskilling and upskilling in the midst of rapid environmental changes and build learning organizations.
