Shawn Lim

Shawn is the VP of Sales APAC, based in Singapore. He brings a unique blend of crypto-native experience and traditional finance expertise to lead Hypernative’s regional GTM and business expansion. Before joining Hypernative, he led Institutional Solutions globally at Interop Labs (initial developer of Axelar Network, which had been acquired by Circle) and was their first APAC hire, building out key functions such as BD, community, marketing across the region. Prior to that, he scaled 0-to-1 APAC sales teams for crypto prime brokerages and spent nearly a decade in banking and investment management at global banks.
