Hirokuni Onozawa

Hirokuni Onozawa joined GMO Aozora Net Bank, Ltd. in 2019 after leading bank system development and business initiatives for many years at IBM Japan. He currently serves as the Executive Officer. In 2023, he was appointed as a Director of the Fintech Association of Japan, and in 2024, he also assumed the role of Director at Japan Association for Financial APIs. GMO Aozora Net Bank leverages its advanced technological capabilities and in-house development structure to achieve rapid service deployment, continuously launching new offerings for corporate clients. In particular, through the provision of open banking APIs and "Banking as a Service (BaaS)," it is a technology-driven bank that continues to take on the challenge of acting as a "behind-the-scenes enabler supporting new financial infrastructure."
